On october 24th at around 2:30 in the afternoon my two girlfriends and i went to lunch at the mead street station, which was recommended to us by my girlfriend who had lunch there about a week ago with her coworkers. We walked in and it was crowded, i think there was only one table available so my friends and i seated ourselves. After sitting there for about fifteen minutes with out any acknowledgement what so ever, my friend made a comment saying ,if we don't get any service we are leaving. Just then a waitress walked up to us and asked if we had been helped, we said no and she gave us some menus and said someone will be right with you. After waiting another five minutes a very nice waiter walked up to us and asked if we were ready to order, so we ordered and when he brought our food he was surprised to see that we had not been given any napkins or tableware. To make a long story short i have never been treated so poorly. I am a native and minority of north denver and i frequent the shops and restaurants often. I know restaurants get busy , but never have i been at any business without any acknowledgement. If it were not for the nice waiter we would have walked, who also if i may mention was very pleased with the tip we left him. I will not be recommending your place of business to anyone. I think your employees need some training on how to treat people of all races and diversity.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Bad Service
