Even though the owner is talented her constant cellphone use and being late and/or forgetting I had an appointments posed a serious problem. As a customer I overlooked it for quite sometime but the kicker was my sons wedding when she scheduled an outside event that overlapped with my hair appointment for my son's wedding. I just happened to find out about it by accident a week before the wedding - when I asked her about it she said SHE FORGOT ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT! Fortunately another salon came to my rescue, but after putting up with her unprofessionalism for sometime I left after 5 years and am very happy with the salon I am now going to.
