I purchased a new Sonata. After a week, I noticed a 1"" scratch on the trunk, even though the car had been garaged the entire time,. I showed it to the dealer salesman and manager but they didn't want to hear it...said ""we wouldn't deliver a car like that""...well, they did, but wouldn't own up to it.
