after verbal confirmation on the phone and scheduled an inspection, i emailed them to provide a list of the inspections they'll perform and the total price in an email. They replied back saying they'll pass the inspection for me since they feel i'm not comfortable using them and suggested me to use someone else.
I'm glad i found out they don't want to make their customers feel comfortable. Makes me wonder why they wont list out what they'll do and charge in an email and refuse to service.
Pros: maybe they do a good job on the inspections... but...
Cons: doesnt want to make their customers feel comfortable.
