Love Air Canada, I won't fly with anyone else. I flew Continental, they charged for my bags and lost one of them. My mom flew Delta and they lost her bag for 72 hours after charging a fee for them... Air Canada had friendly staff comfy seats individual tvs for each passenger, they are on time and we got our bags at the other end... imagine that!
Pros: friendly staff, no charge for baggage!
