I've been going to this store for 2.5 years now and at first I loved it. People there knew my child, spoke nicely, and in general were very welcoming. Lately I don't get the same feeling. New faces have brought few smiles, coupon policies that are not in line with corporate policies and I've started shopping at other places for many staples. Will still use on occasion for ""needed"" items and convience but my loyality has been broken by treating me like ""just another customer"".
