Prior to getting engaged there was a ring at this store that I just had to have and I couldn't find another one exactly like it any where else. So my husband bought it and within less than a year, one of the top four main diamonds cracked in it's setting. We bought a warranty but they refused to fix it saying that another jeweler caused the damage, which is 100% not true. I called and complained to Customer Service at their headquarters and got someone to ok it to be fixed under warranty. My ring has now been gone over 9 weeks and they refuse to return any of my calls. I am sure I will get it back but honestly, don't buy a ring here, it has very poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service here in Hanford. more
