I've dealt with these guys at Engineering Industries since they were over by the parkway in a very small shop. The did not do great work then on my Kenwood and Teac components. I got tired of them, excuses and hard to get in touch with so I fixed the units myself. Now because of a warranty I'm thrust back into their world. Not much has changed but the location and size of the shop. I call them, they're closed or I don't get a recording and when I get through I get the impression I""m bothering them. I want my product repaired ASAP and want to know the status weekly. They don't provide a good relation with customers. They have had my TV for over two months now. I don't have a clue as to their intentions, ability to fix it or if they really know what is wrong. I was told they ordered parts. Well the parts keep getting ordered and the TV is not getting repaired. I do not want to wait six months to a year, who would? This experience is Deja Vu and I don't feel good about the TV working properly when its finally repaired. This has not been a good experience and they have me hoping they can't fix it so I'll get a new comparable TV out of it. Good Luck dealing with them, they'll call you when its done, in a year. Oh sure the easy jobs are in and out? Just be cautious.
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Can't get call backs or up to date info, slow turnaround.
