Place has two hair stylists and one manicurists. Had a set of acrylics completed with polish in about 1 hour. I liked the idea that she uses a sterilizer for all her equipment. My tech's name was Rebecca, she was personable, friendly, listened to what I wanted. I was needing a spefic color of polish due to a wedding (mother of the groom), she got out many color's, Nothing really fit my dress, Rebecca went out of her way to mix two colors together to give me a color that was just right for my dress. I have never seen this at any other salon I have ever been to. After all of this, I decided that the color wasn't quite right still and she accomidated my needs by simply taking off the polish and I settled on a simple sparkle that I liked much better. After this, I decided I needed a pedicure to match my nails since the color didn't match. I was in the middle of my updo and Rebecca simply moved her stuff to the hair station then redid my toes to match my nails. She was great.
