I went to Out of the Kiln for the first time and bought a wrought iron piece to hang above my mantle. It didn't look right so I went back the VERY next day to return it and the owner told me I couldn't get my money back.. I had to get a store credit. I told him I wish I'd known that when I bought it and he said it was on the receipt. How many people read their receipts upon leaving a store? He also knew I was trying it because I asked him to measure it before I came in, so he knew I was trying to see if it was right for what I needed. It didn't look right when I got it home. Had he told me ALL SALES FINAL-I wouldn't have taken the chance and he knew that. So. I just warn anyone who walks into that store--you better love what you buy, because you're stuck with it!!
