After some home renovations, I had Mr. Yeatts clean my home carpets so my 10-month-old son wouldn't be exposed to dust. When I vacuumed after his cleaning, I had at least a cup of dust in the collector. I had taken a hallway runner in to their warehouse for in-shop cleaning. After two days, there was a great deal of visible dust gathering underneath it. When I took a picture of the dust and showed it to Mr. Yeatts and his son, they claimed that it was from the canvas backing, which is ridiculous, because it was DUST, not fabric fiber. They are rip-offs and have exposed my son to dangerous dust. Save your money and health by going elsewhere.
