I have done four refinances in the last 10 years. EVERY TIME I used my bank (Bank of America). Anyway, after 11 weeks (yes, ELEVEN), the bank told me I didnt meet their income requirments. I was upset because I was going to pay off my credit cards and go with my company on a trip to Europe.
Pros: Were lower cost, better rate than my ownbank!
Cons: Not as many locations, but who cares with the internet!
