If you have to cancel your reservations at this hotel they are not quick about getting your deposit refunded to you. Their policy is 7-10 business days, but it has been 14 business days so far and we still haven't received it. They also keep $20 for processing. It is impossible to speak to someone in charge of the refunds too. You get to talk to someone who claims her only job is to make reservations. I didn't stay here, and I don't think I would in the future with their business ethics in this situation.
