After going to Marc Daniels for several years I've had it! I think I'm most disappointed because the first few cuts and colors at Marc Daniels were phenomenal, but lately they just haven't been up to par. I always see the same girls for color and cut, the last two times I've been in the color has been really messed up (even so bad that I had to go back and have it fixed the last time) I also decided to change it up and go for bangs, which was not a good choice as they turned out totally crooked! Had to wear the bangs pulled back in a clip until they grew out so it was less noticeable. These are not things I expect to get for the price tag. :-(
Please bring back the quality from the past - don't rush your clients through the processes, rather take time to make each cut and color the best it can be and hopefully others won't have experiences like mine.
Pros: Nice atmosphere
Cons: Overpriced, sloppy stylists
