Very unprofessional & don't stand behind their work. They don't know how to do alterations properly & won't fix their work without an additional charge. If you come to a dry cleaner for an alteration & your pants are supposed to be 2 inches off the ground & you get them & they are touching the floor then I think that they didn't do their job right... they blamed it on me & wanted me to pay again to fix it... I will never use them again.
