This is what I like to call a ""real gym."" It doesn't have all the fancy crap that franchises have, but it has enough for people serious about working out, not just socializing. Also, they play rock music over the system, and the owner will be on first name name basis with you. Another member here compalined about how loud the music was. I was in this gym today, and the music was fine. Even if I choose to use an ipod, I can easily drown out the sound system in the gym.
Pros: variation of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment
Cons: not the largest gym around
