I too have had negative experiences at this salon. The prices are outrageous, the service is horrendous, and the staff is unhappy. I know some people have a positive experience, but I didn't. The very first time, I was kept waiting for a haircut for over half an hour because no one had informed the stylist. The second time the stylist was so distracted, my cut was noticably uneven. When calling to reschedule to get it fixed, I was given a hard time and a runaround. Have also had an adequate pedicure and manicure there, but again, for the price you can get better elsewhere. It wasn't a pleasurable experience listening to staff bitch about the boss. As if the previous experiences weren't bad enough, the low morale really turned me off. I have since found an amazing salon, the total antithesis to this arrogrant, overpriced, rude place.
