I have been looking for a hair salon in my area (Oyster Bay) for more than a year that provided the same quality, expertise, and professionalism of NYC (where I've been getting my hair done for years). I had my hair cut/blown by Ruben & colored by Raphael. Can I just say, WOW! Best hair cut I've had in two years and after two months, my color is still perfect. Any recommendations they gave me (no pressure to buy) were spot on. Seriously the best kept secret!! BTW, the prices are amazing!!
