all the appliances at my house were bought at Bob Stephens appliances ~ $ 20,000 worth.
One of the 3 Washing machines we bought was delivered and installed without removing the ""transport brackets""...the machine never worked properly until many hundreds of $ and service calls later the problem was discovered.
I insisted to have the last service call paid by Bob Stephens. Despite weekly calls which were never returned I was never paid....read below and see the proof
I am now going to the BBB then small court. These people should not be trusted .do not conduct business with them
