I did not shop at the Carter street location, but I had a terrible experience at the Preston HWY location today. My daughter ( 4yrs Old) and I had picked up a couple of Barbies for her. I had a cart full and went to check out there was no price on the Barbie that she had been playing with. They said could not sell this to me. I asked for a manager and was sent to a woman in the back who OBVIOUSLY DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED!!!! She was pricing other items but refused to price the Barbie. Needless to say, my daughter started to cry .I left everything that I had at the register and told them I would not be back and there response was "" That's Okay"" . Nice busines tactics. I will not EVER shop there again!!!!!!!!!
Cons: Workers who do not speak fluent english, bad management!!!!!
