Owner is rude and has no business sense. All he does is make excuses why its not his fault. This is the worst service I have ever used. I wish I had seen these reviews first. They are expensive and the cleaning we received was terrible. I tried to get the owner to come out and see the poor work. He kept making excuses and then when he did say he would come out, he said he would do it, but it wasn't going to result in him doing anything to correct my issues.
Pros: None at all.
