We had one pane of a window break and removed it to bring it in for repairs. Regardless of what they tell you verbally, the guidelines are 7 business days and even that is questionable. That is quite a long time to be without a window this time of year! We were verbally advised when dropping off on a Friday that the window would be ready in time to install the following weekend (one week).
Cons: 7 days = 7 business days' lack of Courtesy
