I had two very bad experience with One stop cleaner. One time, they broke my cashmere thread, and another time, they shrunk my dress. Both are high quality cloths from Banana Republic. When I asked owner for justice, he even said he is not responsible because I messed up my dress/sweater in the first place!!!
I don't think they are capable to handle higher quality clothings, don't go there to get your garment ruied then had to waste your time to deal with such ridiculous owner.
