The person who answered my call was very friendly. I could tell that he really wanted to help me. Although I was invited to come in to the facility for a look there was no sales pressure. Once I became a tenant there everything was smooth. I could tell that the people working in the office really tried very hard to make my life easier. Whenever there was a problem they started to work on it promptly. Every time I called my phone call was answered after one or two rings. Every time I went to the office during their business hours someone was there. The place is clean, neat and convenient. Every storage room is on ground floor. The entrance gate is secure. I could tell that the facility people tried to keep a close eye on the facility. If you want save on storage bills and have a pleasant storing experience, Bair Island Mini Storage in Redwood City, CA is the place to be.
