This is another occassion where the guys at the desk weren't communicating to the guys under the car. I was told to wait an hour and then someone would get to my car. I was able to leave and return. I told the guy I could wait an hour once back. After waitina an hour and a half I went to the counter for an update. "Oh there are still 2 cars ahead of you, it will be another hour ". Unacceptable! I had to get to work. It was at the most a 10 minute fix. Now I wasted 2 1/2 hours and have to find someone else to fix the problem. Very Upsetting.
