As hostess for one of my monthly ladies luncheon groups, I tried to make reservations for 12-15 ladies. They would not accept reservations. I even spoke, also, to the manager and she refused to make reservations. I thought this would be good exposure for them as a new restaurant and would give us an opportunity to try out a new restaurant.....well, they would NOT bend at all. So, they not only lost the revenue from this sizable group, they lost a lot of good will from us!! We will not be visiting this new establishment, even as onsie-twosies!!!
Pros: COULD have been a win-win situation for everyone
Cons: Would NOT accept reservations!
