I went to replace a phone and add a line. I waited patiently for a salesperson to become available. I then watched for 30 minutes as the sales staff proceeded to take care of people who came in after me. Apparently they did not want my business. I left the store and found Radio Shack next door, and saw that they also have AT&T products. I made my purchases there. Sorry guys, but you lost a good sale and did nothing to help your reputation. Not a way to do business in a recession! I wish I could give zero stars, but you cannot publish a review less than 1 star.
