I scheduled a morning appointment & since I did not answer my phone in time, they assumed I was not home & drove to appointments over an hour away. I wasted my morning waiting on them. I would not have set the appointment if I did not plan to be at home. Will not use this company again if I cannot depend on them showing up.
Pros: Not sure.
Cons: Not dependable.
