They sell worthless non-working pipe lighters. And when you take it back for exchange or refund the owner says "Store policy is all products must be sent back to manufacturer.." So I guess they have a "out the door warranty". Once you are out the door we no longer care...Thanks for selling junk lighters. And the cigar prices are way to high..Go on line to Cigar International for huge selection and great prices.
