This incident goes back a few years but, still a bad experience. I purchased a LadiesRolex watch from this store. I have a receipt that reads "100% authentic Rolex Watch" I paid $5000.00 for the watch. A couple of years after I purchased it was running slow so I called the store. I was told it needs to be serviced every few years. The cost is $200.00. I had them service it. It never really ran properly but I lived with it. I moved out of state and decided to get it serviced again about 2 years later. I sent it to THE Rolex Service Center in Dallas, Tx. They contacted me saying they couldn't work on the watch b/c it doesn't have authentic Rolex parts inside and it would cost $1500.00 to bring it up to standard. Wow....that was a real shock and dissappointment. My husband contacted the jewlery store. They blew us off. I would never trust that operation. Don't do business with them. Run away.They are crooks.
