They are living on the reputation they made a very long time ago. They no longer have the same care to details.
They are more of a factory lets see how much we can get the customer to spend.
The cuts and blow outs are poor quality. I can get the same effect at home with curlers. Too many of the workers have poor attitudes or entitlment that even when they do a crappy job they want a quality tip.
They bad mouth the customers to other customers which I think is in poor taste.
With so many salons in such a short distance to eachother you would think they might try a little bit more.
When they did my color the ruined my hair and turned it orange. It took me going to someone 3x's before it could be brought back to my natural color.
I would never go back for my hair to be done.
They do have fantastic make up artists though.
Pros: Nice make up artists
Cons: Bad everything else
