Have used this company several times, with average service, average price. However, the last visit, the plumber made a mess, didn't re-caulk around my toilet after removing it and left a 6-inch hole in my wall without telling me. (I assume he swung the toilet that direction and gashed the wall.) Messy, didn't finish the job, didn't even tell me about all the damage. Left rocks scattered all over my front and backyard that took almost an hour to rake up.\r
Worst of all: VERY inexperienced, spent hours trying to fix the problem, but never fixed it. \r
The supervisor offered to fix the problems, but they came back to re-caulk, left slimy, greasy black fingerprints all over the wall and then used CLEAR caulking, leaving white goo all over the place.\r
I had to spend hours cleaning up their MESS!
Pros: Supervisor was very polite
Cons: Messy, incompetent, didn't get anything right even when they returned later
