Overall, we were happy with the service and product we received from Foust's. They were always prompt and polite (a rarity, unfortunately) and returned calls in a timely manner. They put in new kitchen and bathroom floors for us, and their quote was fair. They did underestimate the amount of time the job would take, but were able to finish up immediately the next day. Our only complaint was that when moving our refrigerator back across our new hardwoods, they scraped the floor in several places. When we expressed concern about this, they said there was no way around it because our refrigerator was so heavy. This was disappointing, since they said during the estimate and on day 1 of the work that moving it would be no problem, and even told us not to worry about unloading it. They did not deduct money from the total cost for the damage. I don't think most people who visit our home would ever notice, but I do. :(
