I was trying to buy a used 2005 4runner. They had their list price 3,000 above book value. \r
-Didn't know/ask my name once.\r
-Extreme pressure/insulting sales techniques (YOU CAN'T AFFORD THIS? ARE YOU SERIOUS?)\r
-First told me Bluebook/Edmunds are bogus value indicators, then printed one for a 2006(year newer) with less miles so the price would be inflated.\r
-Called multiple times, with insulting manner. Once they had a three way with another salesperson, who stayed quiet for 3/4 of the conversation.\r
-The dealership is an oversized cubicle with NO privacy. Embarrassed me in front of other customers.\r
