I purchased auto insurance from them as they are a local company instead of a big chain~~very competitive rates. When I added a new teen male driver, very good information was provided to bring down the rates. Other options such as adding homeowners for add'l % discount was offered. Whenever I call to ask a question, even though I am a new customer, they treat me like they've known me for years!!
