Our family has been taking numerous cats to these fine folks over the past 30 years. Dr. Hall, who is soon (too soon) retiring, once did surgery for a twisted intestine on our hamster! He took no money, as it was something new for him and a learning experience for all. No, this is not an emergency clinic by any means. Yes, they can handle emergencies of lesser magnitude, but are not set up like the REAL emergency vet clinics in various locations throughout Central Florida. Hence, take your animal to a REAL emergency clinic for urgent life or death care...open your wallet to pay for those services.Otherwise, for yearly shots, spay/neuter, declawing or other general surgeries, this clinic is topnotch. From the longtime receptionists that greet you to the vet techs that truly love your pet, you simply don't find this type of care in glitzy, high-end clinics located to service high-end clients.
