Have been waiting for 3 plus weeks to get my daughter's marker repaired after it was damaged by their mower. This was brought to the attention of their maintenance personnel at the time who promised that it would be taken care of quickly, but nothing has been done to date. I wrote them a letter today explaining the problem and I am awaiting their response or action, prior to my pursuing further action.
Pros: As a general rule they keep the grounds in fairly good condition
Cons: Are extremely slow to react when a problem exists if they react at all
