If it weren't for contracts I would absolutely switch from Sprint. I have have 6 phones in the last year and still can not seem to get one that works properly and doesn't freeze on me. The insurance only gets me reconditioned phones that usually do the same thing. This is not even getting into the dropped calls and dead zones that Sprint offers.
