The doctor and his services were fine. But we paid a $30 refractory fee as we left in addition to our copay. Our insurance company pays the refractory free and did so in less than 30 days. When I have contacted the office, they refer me to the billing office. The billing office is only a recording and after 4 phone calls and another month I am still waiting for my $30 refund.
