I am amazed at how honest these people have been to me! I brought my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT in because it was making some clicking/bumping noises on the right front side. Also, I was having trouble getting the car into second from first. \r

I was told the noise was due to a broken motor mount. They could find nothing wrong with the transmission or clutch. I would have beleved (and was prepared) that my transmission or CV joints were bad. I kept giving them the opportunity to take advanage of me, by insisting something had to be wrong due to the shifting issue. But, they were honest and full of integrity the whole time I was their customer.\r

They even offered people loaner cars or rides to and from their shop.\r

B&B, you all deserve a standing ovation and a huge pat on the back!! Good, honest people are rare these days, especially in the auto repair business. I am a customer for life.\r
