I am a student will little extra money to spend, however I get a discount because of this!! Whenever my pet and I walk in, the receptionist are on top of things with a huge smile to share. They truly love animals of all kinds and will go out of their way to make the experience more comfortable for my dog and I. The techs that start the exam ask good basic questions and never force products, just educate me, which I completely appreciate. When the doctor (Dr. Palmatier) walks in he is always in a good mood and performs excellent exams and seems to truly respect and love all types of pets...rats included!! I would like to add that my friend has rats also and takes them to the Dr. P. All have lived well and happy lives. My friend comes back from the vet relieved that proper attention was given to her and her rattys.I am confident in these caring and educated people!We, as pet owners, are not ones to diagnose pets.
