First it was very difficult to actually get an appointment. When I showed up this morning with my sick dog I was 5 minutes late. After I filled out the page of paperwork I was told that I would have to reschedule because they didn't have enough time to see us. I was the only one in the waiting area. They offered to have me come in at a later time in the day, but eventually rescheduled for Monday. If my dog was really sick these 5 days in between could be very detrimental. The receptionist then told me that first time clients are supposed to show up 15 minutes beforehand to fill out paperwork and then she reprimanded me for not having concern for my dog to show up on time. I will not be returning. It is ridiculous to speak to a client in this manner. I have told and will continue to advise all my friends to stay far away.
