I had a loss of a child more than half-way thru a pregnancy, and it was emotionally tough to deal with the thought of cremation and issuing a death certificate. I don't remember the gentleman's name I met with but am forever grateful that the company was persistent on getting the remains back to me. I found them very professional, compassionate and understanding.
