if i could give this place 0 stars, i would.\r

it started probably when we walked in. we were looking for some food to take back to the hotel. we walked in, and went over to the counter to order. we were told that most of our intial order was no longer available on the menu (apparently it was too late in the day) - that's fine. what's not fine is the lack of customer service and overall friendliness that one would expect from a retail establishment. we were basically looked down upon and shown no service by the waitress (a loose expression used to describe her position behind the register). She kept giving us bad looks and a ""why are you here?"" attitude that made us look at each other wondering if we did something to offend her.\r

food - not good at all. atrocious even. this part of the review may have been biased by the crappy service received when ordering and when receiving the food. lettuce on my meal was soaked so much that the bread underneath was soaked through. i picked up the bread and squeezed water out of it. it was sooo bad that even the ketchup was bad - and it was packaged. how do you screw up packaged ketchup?\r

a little on the expensive side. i agree with Eve C.'s review about pricing. That's like having expensive Mexican food, it just doesn't make sense.\r
\r
i hope this is not what others have received and if it isn't, i question why we received it.\r
\r
very disappointed and won't recommend it to anyone. ever. ever.\r

bottom line, go there if your only choice is kosher and it's the last place on earth - and even then, find someplace else.
Pros: it was open when we were hungry
Cons: it was open when we were hungry - we should hvae gone elsewhere
