We've made it a tradition to eat at Sage every year on our anniversary. The ribs are outstanding...when you hear ""fall off the bone,"" they mean it. The rib meat slides right off, and there's nothing left but the clean bone. Also, the goat cheese stuffed chicken with sun-dried tomatoes is delicious. To be honest, those are the only two dishes we've tried so far (aside from the calamari appetizer, which was also great!), but they're enough to keep us recommending this restaurant to others and to keep us coming back (now, more than once a year!)\r

The ambiance and service is also excellent - make sure to check their website, which lists which nights have specials on drinks. This is definitely a great place to go for a special occasion!
