In 3 months at FT I lost 6lbs, 8 overall inches and 3% body fat while having to deal with a broken elbow and herniated disc. They give you all the right tools to lose weight and keep it off. The trainers give you knowledge and support beyond the 45 minutes you train with them. They always say the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose, not with FT. They know what they are doing. You get support in all the healthy habits-strength training, cardio, nutrition and flexibility. I've tried many programs and overall this one has been the best. I?ve shared their tips with my husband and he lost 10 pounds. FT should really get a commission on that :)
