I called to ask a simple question that would not take 5 minutes to answer. The person who answered the phone said they were busy with the lunch hour (11:15 am) could I call back later. I then asked to speak to the manager who also asked if I could call back after 1:00 pm also. I know what good customer service is and how to go that extra mile it's a shame that the manager there doesn't feel the same. How sad that he couldn't take 5 minutes to answer a simple question. more
