If your idea of a wonderful restaurant experience is TGIF, where the waiters force themselves to smile and act cheerful while you abuse them and rudely send back your Jack Daniels steak 'cause it isn't cooked ""just right"" (as if you would know, eating, as you are, at TGIF), then stay away from the Shooting Star. If you want good burgers, beer, and the company of Carol, the most fantastic and most knowledgeable bartender who ever graced the drinking public, then the Shooting Star is the place for you.
Pros: A life-changing experience. You can smoke (I don't, but I support the freedom to do so)
Cons: Every once in a while a yuppie walks in and ruins the environment
