I placed a delivery order for a medium cheese pizza and three cans of soda @ 10:53pm. I had to call the pizza place after 45min went by without a pizza. So I get a call from someone riding with the driver @ 10:57pm. Neither the rider or the driver know where they're going and ask for directions after tiring of directing and redirecting them in vain, I call the pizza place. I explain what is happening and that no pizza shop has ever had a problem finding my house. The pizza place refuses at first to take anything off the bill, I explain that it should be free, and they insist that I should pay the driver $7 (roughly half the bill). I am put on the phone with someone else who says, okay I will get the pizza for free. Finally, when the delivery guy comes, I explain that it is free and he takes the pizza gets into the car and locks the door (to call the pizza place). I end up with no pizza. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!
