They give a two hour window so we had to take off work to wait. Two hours passed and no show and no call. My husband and I left a few minutes later so he could get a hair cut then I called them and told them no one had ever shown up, the office said they just must be a few minutes late because of weather but it's a TWO hour window so I said i'm sorry i'm not waiting anymore. THEN well after the window they call and say oh we're here we've bee downstairs the whole time (it's a highrise) trying to get in. What they didn't know is I had had my husband waiting in the lobby for the last 45 minutes so until at least a few minutes after the appt. they weren't there. They knew it was a vacant apt so someone had to wait with nothing to do (not like home with tv, chores, etc) and didn't even bother to call! Then they were late and tried to lie about it! \r
